• Coordinate booking information and confirmation details with accommodation, transport and activity suppliers.
• Check that names, dates, timings, inclusions and special requests are accurately recorded.
• Monitor changes, flag possible conflicts early and help communicate approved updates to relevant teams.
• Support timely, professional communication and handovers for guest arrangements.

• Interest in tourism, hospitality, destination management or travel operations.
• Strong organisation, follow-up and attention to detail, particularly when managing several requests.
