Early morning departure from Bentota and proceed towards Udawalawe National Park through scenic rural landscapes and picturesque villages. Upon arrival, board a dedicated 4x4 safari jeep and begin an exciting wildlife adventure inside the park. Udawalawe is renowned for its large population of wild elephants and offers excellent opportunities to observe elephants at close range throughout the year. During the safari, look out for crocodiles, spotted deer, water buffalo, jackals, monkeys, peacocks, eagles, and numerous bird species. Enjoy spectacular wildlife photography opportunities while exploring the park’s grasslands, reservoirs, and forest habitats. After completing the safari experience, enjoy refreshments before commencing the return journey to Bentota, arriving in the evening.
